Aidapay has updated its app with a feature that displays the uptime rate of each virtual bank connected to your Aidapay wallet in an effort to more effectively address complaints regarding delayed deposits.
Recall that whenever you want to fund your wallet, you will open your Aidapay app and click “Deposit” on the dashboard.
To help you determine the strength of the bank you plan to deposit into, the Virtual Bank detail now has a new appearance. and it will assist you in selecting the bank that best suits your needs.

Now let me explain how it works
On each bank board, the uptime strength of the bank is shown in a circle, with a percentage rate (%) shown in the center of the circle.
Take a look at the picture above. You will realize that the uptime rate of Providus Bank at the time the picture was taken was 19.63%. Which means that the bank signal is low and any deposit made into the virtual bank will take a longer time before reflecting on the AidaPay app.
The second image shows that Wema Bank has an uptime rate of 100%, and the circle has a full green border.this means that any deposit made into this virtual account might experience little or no delay in reflecting on the dashboard
Now, you need to know that this uptime rate changes from time to time, which is why you always need to refer to your AidaPay app before you proceed to fund your wallet and exercise some patience while you refresh your dashboard to see the amount funded.
Also note that delays in your money reflecting in our wallet are a result of inter-bank processes.
Aidapay has also added the nationwide delivery rate feature to let you know how fast it is likely to get your data or airtime when you use aidapay.
Here is a sample:

You will always see this feature anytime you are buying a data bundle or airtime for any network on AidaPay. The higher the rate, the faster your data or airtime will reflect on your phone
If you have any questions or complaints regarding this issue or anything related to AidaPay, please create a complaint ticket on the app. and the support team will surely respond swiftly. See how.
